Galls SAFD Return Policy

Effective October 1st, 2015

For all SAFD orders, Galls will accept returns or exchanges on items that are unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached, in original packaging, and that are not personalized within 90 days of delivery. Items that are outside this timeframe and/or do not fit this criteria cannot be returned or exchanged.

Special order items or personalized items (example-items that have been altered, decorated, engraved, customized, or otherwise embellished) cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is related to our error.

Many products sold by Galls have manufacturer's warranties regarding manufacturing defects. Note that normal wear and tear or excessive wear and tear are not covered under warranty. For returns relating to matters covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the service center for more information.
